Strength and Conditioning is not a commercialised type of training found commonly in other Group Training Gyms. Purpose and context determines our practice. Our program is multi-disciplinary which means training at Evolve, you may experience all different ‘types’ of training, from circuit training, elements of Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, functional training and general strength and conditioning training.
With no lock in contracts and zero hidden fees, we’re committed to doing things the right way and making life easier for you which we’re sure you’ll be happy with. Options inclusive of Student rates, Casual visits and unlimited Group Training sessions – you have the choice of paying weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
